General

  • After parents/guardians complete the request form, Little Oak will review the information and evaluate routes and occupancy/availability

    Little Oak will contact parents to finalize information and payment details.

  • Little Oak requests that all children be ready for pick up 5 minutes prior to scheduled pick up time. Little Oak will wait 2 minutes passed pick up time, followed by 1 phone call. If no response, Little Oak will proceed to next stop.

Security & Technology

  • Our drivers will only release a child to a pre-authorized person, or parent/guardian listed on your registration form.  If special instructions are needed, please advise at the time of booking.

  • Yes, all vehicles of Little Oak are equipped with real time GPS trackers.  This means our vehicles can be tracked at all times and are monitored during all pick ups and drop offs.

  • At Little Oak we strive for consistency and familiarity.  We will make every effort to ensure that your child has the same drivers each trip.  As well our vehicles are clearly marked with brightly identifiable decals with Little Oak branding, and staff are required to wear uniform shirts and ID badges with their picture, name, and the Little Oak logo.

  • Yes, all passengers must be registered with Little Oak prior to being transported.  All terms and conditions must be read, accepted and rides must be scheduled.
